So Far thanks to the support and guidance of my Supervisor Brent Stokes so far my time with the company has been wonderful. as with any company there are things that can be fixed like more training for new employees, overall more respect to employees on the lower level

Everyone is always willing to help eachother out! Team Lead Brent Stokes is amazing always goes above and beyond.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The way some of them talk to employees, we should get the same respect as anyone else would get.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way that one of the Leads Kyle Breman talks to employees is very sad. He is very condesending, he never has time to answer questions its always im working on something I will get back to you. He is not very nice about 85 percent of the time. I dont think its intentional or that he speaks like it
