Collaborative, truly invested in the success of each other and not just the individual, always eager to help, mentor, and continued education on process and how how to partner with the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued- my leadership team is very generous with praise, going from a Recruiter to Sr. Recruiter to Team Lead, I am still not at a compensation level as the previous role I held in another company, and do not see opportunity for further increase
