working with the team and peers to achieve the quarterly target, making things better, solving issues/problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hearing ex-coworker's getting 20%~30% bump by going outside, and seeing external hire's expectation much higher for the role...feel like we are doing more with less pay compared to other jobs in the market. Understand business performance matters, but is GE really in such disadvantage situation?
