People are approachable regardless of their role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Many of them are local; I've known many of them for years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing real technical work; investigating technical issues; playing with big bits of kit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the past several years I believe that people, especially on the technical side, have received well below inflation salary rises. I appreciate that times have been tough but many mid career engineers have been lured away to much better paid jobs and we are having trouble recruiting replacements.
