Healthcare payroll contributions are non competitive and have to elect not to participate in health insurance. Pension benefit was great, but was removed. unlimited permissive time off policy tends to take employees less time off compared to previous policy.
Merit raises while staying in same role does not give any incentives. Need complete transparency between performance and merit taises. Factors are never shared on how merit raises are allocated. Health insurance plans are not competitive, comapny does not contribute to HSA ,
