It's been great so far. I would love to get better benefits as if hired directly by GE such as private medical insurance/healthcare including dental, more paid vacation days after year 1 and a more competitive monthly salary based on the value I bring to the table for me to achieve more personally
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most about the leadership team is that they're industry experts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel proud to be part of a company that leads the transition efforts world-wide towards cleaner energies. It also promotes a self-driven, self-empowering environment but also a collaborative one which is great!
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm able to interact with hundreds of people from around the globe from a position of influence for good, using my languages (4) and social skillset which is quite self-motivating for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First, I'm presently hired through a third party, reason why the benefits are not as good as they could be if being directly hired by GE. I'm not even provided with private medical and health insurance including dental, which was a great benefit I had at previous companies. I'm hired through Kelly
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been quite welcoming and supportive since the beginning of my tenure at the company. I even have had the opportunity of going out for dinner with one of my co-workers since we wanted to socialize because we work 100% remotely but live in the same city. It was great and we'll keep on
