I learned a lot here in GE . I did not get the career growth opportunity . More or less there is company politics as well . I interviewed for couple of senior positions but did not get the opportunity despite of having all skill sets . there was no tranparency in interview process .

Work culter is fine in the company . Leadership must be transparent .

Work culture is wonderful of the organisation .Very healthy envirnment of the organisation .

Leadership team should be more clear about the Talent moment and retaining the employees .

Team members are very supportive in nature and looking forward to help whereever needed .

Company work culture and HR policies are wonderful . There is proper defined process which do take care by everyone .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There should be transparency . There is no initiative for career growth and visibility what is going to happen specially after Transissioned .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be more focus on talent development and promotions . As tenured employee there should be chance given to employee for promotions .

I gave my more than 5 Years time to company and i did not get any promotion despite of taking extra initiative for organization . I delivered more than 100 % for the organization .
