What are some of the best things about your team?
We all pull together to offset Customer issues. Often we are asked to pull even harder to offset business leadership execution issues to which we did in 2021 and 2022. No recognition for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my business, folks are not compensated or promoted on performance. I lead one of the top running businesses in my business, and yet business leadership elected to go outside (without posting the job) and rate me down vs. execution. We are bringing in a lot of outside execs with no experien
