Corporate employees in France are facing consecutive downsizing plans or economic layoffs. As a corporate employee, it is impossible to envision a short-term future in this company; we undergo restructurings and reorganizations every year.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop the reorganizations, believe in human value rather than investors, and do not overlook the expertise of each individual. With all these restructuring efforts, GE is losing the value of expertise and the history of employees who have been here for a long time, and that is a shame
