They know we are human at first, with human requirement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was proud to join GE, and I didn't negotiate for my salary, at first, and my salary is near to be equal to previous company. and with new economy change during these recent years, it is difficult to manage normal life.
