Work life balance is fine as I have flexible work schedule and can adapt to my kid's schedule, I'm satisfied with my paid holidays but that is not the company's result but the local law's.But I have so much work which can't fit into 8 hrs, which is a continuous pressure
I've been here for 11 years, people are fantastic, but the speed of every days are too much demanding, you feel that you need to give more and more each year. Keeping work life balance is easier in summer time, but from autumn it will be tough again. We always have much more to do than the 8 hrs/day

reasonable bonus, base salary is ok in my role. but in general, our salary ranges are not competitive
My salary is lower than the market average, and barely higher than my subordinate's however the responsibility is mine.
The difference between my and my the newly hired direct report's (leased worker) base salary is 5%. That isn't really motivating, otherwise I'm OK
