Good place to work. Flexibility. Many areas to learn and self development. The only roadblock to recommend to others is low salary, which is not comparable with cost of living and market average.

Interesting tasks. Self development. Flexibility in work planning. Zero micro-management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitive salary, should be aligned with the cost of living. Work for food cannot make person happy. Does not matter how do you love your job.
