get the job done timely with a positive atmosphere with the other colleagues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensate for the inflation, close the gap between EU salaries and Hungary as we also travel a lot and then we do not have enough money due to the cost of living differences (that are not as big any longer as they used to be)
