best part: none; not even travel expense system is working properly. daily allowances are still calculated wrong since several years in SAP system

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communicate what is the company plan and work to be performed in the next 2 years at least; get engineering teams to perform committed tasks and delivery dates in time.
