It was a great place to work. However, leadership misrepresented the amount of time our current role would have during the transition. They blocked me from taking another job within the company to sell off my department.

Great team of people, but being driven away by leadership.

They are actively outsourcing and eliminating opportunities for employees instead of trying to retain them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and bonus are nice for my level and location. The 401k match also seems pretty competitive. Permissive time off is a big plus.
