It would be already a huge improve not to be used as scspe goat
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workload, demanding attitude from the other, underestimation of all the alerts sent out, but then be blamed for things that went wrong despite the warnings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my compensation is not adequate in respect of the quantity and quality of job I do and my (rejected) request is only a little amount more... but no, I can' t have it.
