Generally positive however how management behaves can have a big impact. When managers behave like "Big Brother" or micromanage then this has an overall negative impact on the teams as this promotes a distrustful atmosphere. Having said that the management teams are often very supportive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is reasonable however the Smartgrow incentive bonus each year is an added delight and contributes towards an eagerness to perform well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When food trucks and ice-cream vans are invited to site it shows an extra level of care and awareness of the employees outside of the day-to-day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
More communications on the innovative side of how we are pursuing business in a volatile market and trying to introduce new products to the market to set GE apart from the competition
