What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the openness and willingness to try new things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positivity, intelligence, creativity. Most of my team is approachable as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I support deals that bring significant value to the business and am continually asked to do more with less. When I see the company do well as a result of my efforts and efforts of my team, a small raise pool and a lack of high level benefits, e.g stock options or gifts, makes me feel less valued.
