We work together, and support each other. There is a true spirit of cooperation and collaboration, of wanting to see everyone succeed, rather than competition.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing the best for my customers, and getting their positive feedback. This and being able to share it with my team, who make it happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no blame. Where there is an issue the focus is on how can we improve and do this better, not on who is at fault for this.
