Our willingness to understand the other and help us in case someone has a roadblock.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The correlation between compensation and the load of work each of us is doing is not matching. My commitment is there in my results, and I sure have verbal recognition, unfortunately that won't allow be to grow as a family.
