The balance with the personal matters, I have rarely seen other companies supporting their employees when there is a personal situation to take care. Here the support is complete.

I'm not looking for happiness in the work, as long as I'm satisfying the needs of the company with my work, and the company looks my work to be valuable, I'm fine.

There has been a lot of restrictions to bring talent for key and innovative positions, there are areas such as in the cloud space, AI, GenAI, in which we need talent to be truly part of GE Vernova.

Most of the leaders look to communicate with transparency, however during difficult times, the communication looks to be hermetic, and having this for a long time, causes lot of uncertainty with our employees, so I would like that the transparent communication can stay no matter how difficult it is
