
Employees need to be paid fairly, in match with performance and real deliverables. There is a need to set-up a policy for band increase, as now it does not seem realistic at all, unless you are in Leadership program.
Salary should be fair. No chance for career growth. The more you do, the more you are assigned for - but without any award.
