On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

Being able to do things I never thought I'd be capable of doing. Making things easier for others to deliver results.

We have such diverse backgrounds and a wealth of knowledge that ensures we get the job done no matter what. We support each other!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. It really helps you respond to real-life needs of both you and your family. It makes you work harder and happier when you know they have your back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Althought GE Vernova has extremely lofty goals to change the world - I think our leaders understand that it is people that make us who we are. Without us, GE Vernova would not be what we are!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our diversity is our strength - I know that sounds like a catchphrase but it's true. I love learning about other cultures, exchanging ideas with someone who is on the other side of the world from me and knowing that all ideas are respected and valued.
