I truly loved my experience as a GE employee, and I have a deep sense of loyalty because GE was the home where I grew professionally and personally. But with the current direction GEV is taking, I no longer feel the same level of satisfaction and connection that I experienced with legacy GE

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
GEV's current direction is focusing on investors not its employees whom are making its succuss. GEV lost its competitiveness in the market in terms of compensation and benefits. Pay ranges are not realistic, specially in countries where there's high inflation.
