I had been working for GE the last +20 years, it's a good company, PCS part is a different culture of what I was used too, but I like the challenge.

This job is difficult, challenging every day.

Consistence process and better training for new people.

The daily challenge and having the tools and resources to complete it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ensure collaboration is followed and there are systems that works, practical, in special the job card is quite complex, and we also have other tools for the same purpose.
