My direct team works well together in a collaborative and supportive way. Solutions are worked together and credit shared.

I am tasked with overseeing multiple work streams, and the proposed solution is to bring in additional contractors, who often create more problems than they resolve.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people that I work with on the lower levels want to get work done and want to work together to set realistic goals despite upper managers and project managers constantly pushing and questioning what they are told.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Currently, my team and I are overwhelmed by the relentless push to accelerate progress across numerous objectives. Whenever we propose a timeline, it is scrutinized, leading us to compromise. Consequently, we frequently fail to meet the revised deadline and end up delivering our initial estimate
