On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

Again. Company still in transition. A lot of things changed and seems will be changing to reduce costs. It does creates insecurity. Otherwise, I do like to work for GE Vernova and with my team.

not sure. It feels detached.

The Annual bonus, rest is the average with other companies

Our team is a tight bonded, honest, easy to communicate and work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hmm.... it difficult to say as company still in transition. One thing is for sure is the people I work with, they professionalism and desire to be the best in given circumstances.
