spending less money on junkets and listening to their employees

I do not believe that the xurrent leadership team can resolve the issues

Listen to employees, stop trying to save money by reducing the HR headciunt by 60% globally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transparency and consistency across the company. Equal pay for men and women doing the same job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Openness, transparency, leading with integrity - fewer lies and cover ups fo diaguise incompetence at the VP level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has deterioated over yhe past 12 months. The CCO talks a lot but says little of substance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is making millions in profit - well in excess of targets but salaries are being squeezed and 15% bonus is well below market comparisons
