On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

15 years of experience and been seeing many shifts of the strategy for GE. Always been challenged and had the opportunity to solve for problems important to the front-end teams, which makes my job feel meaningful in finance.

Having the ability to support teams to simplify, move faster and automate their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive environment after the spin, I feel the company are more empowered within the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear and transparent when there are potential roadblocks and how to overcome them (example with all hands call after new Trump Tariffs)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There has been a lot of organizational changes in the last couple of years, and would benefit from making sure that scope and go-to contacts are clear.
