GEV has provided me with great opportunities to develop myself & obtain global industry experience that I am very appreciative of. I am remunerated well but find I have to work long hours to lead & coordinate my team to meet my business needs. I like my work more when its externally focused

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GEV drive to be successful.... that is now not "at any cost"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like Scott Strazic - he articulates his vision very well (just one comment is for him and his team to talk less in acronyms sometimes)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Purely the amount of workload....and the internal process challenges and resource constraints encountered in meeting the work targets . Always having these challenges and deadlines to meet can become weary over time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much "perfect world thinking" for lean & total global standardization rather than "good enough", practical "theme or less specific standardization changes" to make things better a a region level. GE split up so we were more agile to the market yet we dont seem to want to be more agile at gemba
