Career opportunities only come when the Company need to fight a fire somewhere, we are discussing our salary as they are not good compared to the responsibilities, finance people is always told to do more and more without a proper life-work balance, Co does care more on costs than people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not same opportunities to grow across the glob, not good salary policies neither (e.g. not possibility of promotion in the same role or salary updates outside EOP period ), no same benefits neither in all the countries.

People with similar position in the market are getting better salary than us, better benefits. No good career opportunities, opportunities are not equal to all the Countries. The Company is not focused on retaining talent but in reducing costs.
