Focus on ERGs create sense of belonging, local culture improvement initiatives are helping with retention.

There is a new challenge everyday to solve with real impact to business and world. Supporting co workers and leadership has been a great help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

ERGs within GE Vernova are the best part. There is a huge push for culture improvement at local office as well, which is great. Team has made great progress in past few months, and efforts should continue to improve culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merit raises have not been kept up to inflation rates even for high performing employees. Health insurance premiums are higher compared to other smaller companies. Unlimited vacation is disincentivizing, employees are taking lot less vacation compared to fixed vacation, leading to burnout.
