Be honest, fair and transparent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No significant salary increase the last 10 years, but I have assumed more work and responsibilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel that my work and engagement is appreciated. Highlight the good things, not only the bad items.
