As I mentioned, the energy sector in all its sources is very interesting to me. The combination of energy production and the struggle for environmental quality is very challenging.

Full integrity, transparency, and mutual respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very interested in the energy sector, which I have been involved in for over twenty years. The market reform, the changes, and the efficiency improvements are very challenging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the role I fill covers all the activities of the organization, there is no single person to whom all the information about my successes or failures is concentrated. And so, in fact, the compensation is not aligned accordingly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork of the subordinates under me is excellent. Full transparency, mutual assistance when needed, appreciation, and criticism in a respectful manner. A good understanding of matrix management between the professional management above them and the strategic-business leadership that I provide.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team smile. Seeing that they are very excited about what they do. Being successful in being there at the place and time when the team needs my support. Happy about the bonding that has been created with all GE VERNOVA employees.
