experience with direct team is good. Leadership team is very poor and makes the jobs very unsecure and very short term. The working conditions are getting really bad compared to few years ago despite the company making very good results

Motivation and quality of work decreases. The company does not value all location equally. The executive level changes too often and do not take real decision but follows what is imposed from top without questioning it. Too many management layers at the top while at working level too big teams (>30)

Direct management is good and invested. Senior executive level is disconnected and care about US growth only. There is little value for technical competence outside GT and no plan for replacing people leaving for retirement. No more HR in the company which shows how little they care about people.

very competent and invested people. Good team spirit, people care about eachother

The leadership team should get better on long term strategy, transparent communication and be able to make decisions

despite overall company decreasing the quality of work, my team keeps very high technical competence and people are supportive to each others

Have a better Say/Do ratio, be able to make decisions and stand behind it, reward more the hard work rather than selecting reward based on people's location
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct leader is approachable and look for interesting work to provide to employees. He gives a good motivation to the team. The executive level above is not visible at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was the diversity and international environment but we are loosing it more and more. All the focus is towards US and the behavior to employees outside US become sometime not respectful
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The say-do ratio from management is very low. Despite good results for the company, the working conditions are very bad (no resource, issue with IT, computers are old and not well working, access to tools and license is bad, no access to main engineering standards,.....)
