It's great to be part of the GEV transformation. I spent most of my career working for GE/GEV. I see myself staying long term, if the company see the value. It's tough on the team to see the company performance go all time high, while staff C&B and S&GA keep getting squeezed.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've worked my entire career at GE. Love how the company transformed. Would continue to work for GEV for years to come. Would love to see GEV improve C&B for its staff, just like the company's performance significantly improved: stock programs, travel policies, local policies to address inflation.

many long term GE employees - loyal to the company, working hard and working with integrity

Company growth projection. Great to see the stock go all time high - yet staff C&B keep getting squeezed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company benefits have not changed in alignment with the current inflationary environment for years. Some benefits, example: insurance is degrading YoY, seems we're squeezing provider.. provider continuously rejecting claims.. we now have to pay 20% Co-payment!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My staff want to do the best think for our customers & company, yet we keep diminishing the value of the simplest form of appreciation (Impact Awards).. $ values are currently 'laughable'. Our teams are doing their best to deliver despite getting squeezed on workload & company expectations - SG&A!!
