my team is very experienced and responsive to internal and external stakeholders

selling and delivery really cool products and services to our customers that helps them achieve their goals

It is consistent with the marketplace. GE Vernova recognizes my contributions and rewards me and adjust my salary accordingly.

Transparent and dedicated. There is a boat load of expertise who are always available to elevate the entire workforce.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
GE Vernova leadership team is available to everyone. After every announcement the honestly take questions and answer them with as much detail as appropriate to get to your root issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work together to get it done! So many accomplishments the team has to celebrate. We also work to learn from our mistakes and focus on improving where possible
