On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

It had been very good. The people on the company have a lot of experience on the corporative operations. But I think as a feed back there is an opportunity on passing by the knowledge to the team
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
In overall, IT is a good experience. Just that some time forced by the peace of work the feedback and the opportunities of improvement are affected. But as the workload is just in the limit you could balance it with life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That in the team you could find people with different areas of knowledge that could teach new things
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they stay on the look of improving the work eficienty, and let the workers be part of it
What makes you most happy at work?
That in some small part of my work I would look to solve systematic problems or look for new process solutions.

That when the peace is reduce to a normal peace, they give you the opportunity to innovate or look for new tools that could help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That on the team we care about our members, at in some moments as the wellbeing of the members is priority the rest of the team help if someone have an urgency or problem with the work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that knowing the salary base on other companies on the same city, I feel the undervalued. But I think that there is no information or trasparency on who some one could obtain an increase on salary,
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think there is a mix, as a big team. You but for those that have good qualities is that they look for new solutions that help the full team to obtain saving in time and obtain better results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that for those emplyees that focus on create best eficient process are not evaluated as different as those that do just the work. Also the increase of the salary dont compesate the inflacionary effect of the country and in some case it feels that the salary is been reduce.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That each team don't seem them self as a solitary, they try to look all as one big team. Looking to make a better work for the hold company and not only to show that their team is the best. In summary we look for a conjunction solution not a isolate solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that they are open to listen to new proposals and they let you work on them. But the problem can be that they would expect you work on this new solutions with the same workload or more and have the new proposal ready at the same time. Giving you no time to explore alternatives.
