The impact of what we do, globally. Being able to achieve customers goals, doing something that matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a global leader, some of my direct reports with much less responsibilities earn more than myself as a basic salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Goals and targets driven with a human touch and dose of humility, so you know where you stand and that they have your back, which is confidence inspiring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is the same mix of being goals and targets driven with a human element, where we can have some fun on the way. The teams I lead are all super engaged with the technology and are driven to develop and grow themselves.
