very excited and amazed by the possibilities and resources offered, very grateful with the care shown and efforts during COVID crisis. very disappointed with strategic choices. some businesses make money but are not given the resources they need

I'm so proud of my power business and people, so convinced of the job we do and of the importance of maintaining a high service level that I can only be disappointed of the lack of resources we are facing.

I think my career has not been valued even though I made tremendous efforts to graduate, change my job and always be service-minded

I think that when being there for a long time, with constant change in HR, you are not considered anymore. change is valued, not expertise.

I can't understand why acts are not fitting with words, why some businesses are less valued than other and even more why they are sacrified

Perks are more valuable than my salary. I do appreciate the company taking care of my health, some attentions (free subscriptions to heathcare apps, insurances, ...

My PL is human, smart and fast thinking. I trust her and she gives me the support I need. She shows interest more than the company itself

i'm disappointed with all the restructurings always undergoing and the hint between words and acts. "you're great" and "you"re fired".. confidence is at stake ...GE is definitely a great company but head and hands are not playing the same part
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can't understand some of choices when on the one hand GE values work and achievements, and on the other hand, does not give necessary means to daily work and cuts resources. we are facing double bind instructions. that might drive us mad. and moreover lead us to failure.
