What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency with reality and practing what they preach by embrasing the red. The shift in focus to the lean mindset/culture has been awesome to be a part of. Looking forward to continuing this journey!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Although GE decided to freeze the pension (it was the right thing to do), the company put a good transition package together for those who will be transitioning to the current retirement package. With company match and the additional contribution, the company cares about my retirement.
