current workload related to restructuring and Lean toolset implementation does not give a chance to support family life and build sustainable work-life-balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
extreme high country inflation despite of the salary increase of the company I am losing my living standard. My country wages are the lowest in EU.
