Typical long term GE Career employees do not get market correction or pay on par as new employees.

My team is one of most open and honest team. Their candor and openness makes me at ease. Pretty high performing team.

The entire workforce is impacted with inflation. overall inflation is 9% and food inflation at 18%. The management has not done any action on this. They could just give the employees COLA for managing inflation and once inflation cools down, they are withdraw it..
