I LOVE GE. Some times cost cutting hurt or add more work to other team. work life balance not fair for all organizations. Front line employees in front of customer never get the support we should get from other functions. Need to pay every one fairly to reflect amount of hours we working

I am in home office as we close out offices

Very fast environment especially when you are in front of high pace customers and very demanding customers.

My team understand that I was on their shoes 2 years ago and that is add expertise and loyalty in house. Expertise , loyalty and engagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is less than the market value, We love GE and I love to be part of it till I retired but with life hardness and economic challenges, I see how much salary and benefits are important.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achievements - Customer words - Appreciation internally - get less work load - Work only 40 hours a week instead of 80 hrs. Have a peaceful weekend with family. getting pay FAIRLY not on internal vision but comparing to market value
