Most of my coworkers are generally smart people .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The deliverable timelines are too aggressive at times given the constant removal of IT resources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401K options are not market competitive. Raises are minimal and are company wide vs employee results driven. Bonuses should be like raises, role (not band) associated.
