
They are inexperienced and working in a constantly changing environment yet they maintain their discipline and continue to learn as they go. My group is the definition of doing more with less.
We live to fight another day by making difficult decisions and moving forward with them. I have seen improvement in the "GE Arrogance" that once was = we work with humility a bit better than before.
I love my team (including the extended global team). I love the challenge of building a better Steam organization and bringing value to the organization. I have passion and energy and put it 100% into my work as much as I do into my private life.
I have had 6 different managers over the past 7+ years. My accomplishments and benefits to the company extend far past my role yet are erased each time a new manager is in place. My compensation suffers for this. "Leadership" in Windsor does not want to hear the truths required to function better
