Pay is not high compared if I will work for other companies. But I like the Grow Bonus plan and other allowances

1. Promotion of fairness and inclusion and diversity. Diversity does not only refer to gender, and ethnicity but also experience, skills, etc 2. Empowerment and risk management - There is no fear of reprisal or blame

In Portfolio Steam, there is fairness and strongly emphasis on Diversity. Inspite my role as Senior Leader, my manager treats me as a valued Employee. The environment also promotes empowerment and employees have the courage to take calculated risks without much fear of failure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's quite a high politics that needs to be sorted out especially between businesses Gas Vs Steam, etc. Though I understand why GE has to do restructuring, it is too often which obviously contributes to the feeling of uncertain future to an employee within the company
