When we can promote a good experience to our customers.

I don't agree with the direction the leadership is taking for the company.

There are some truly committed people and very experienced/knowledgeable ones that are worth working with.

When we are able to provide customer with a good experience, making him satisfied enough to go back and purchase from us again.
