I love it here, a long time employee who really enjoys what I do but I am very concerned about the future of our Business / Plant due to shifting work strategies that do not appear to make sense.

Accomplishment, at the end of the day looking back at the positive difference I have made.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers and also the feeling of pride knowing we manufacture / provide an excellent product that is very unique.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it used to be the pension plan,,, currently nothing stands out when I compare our benefits to what other companies are offering.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel the Team is consistently striving for success to make this a better place while continuing to face challenges on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work at a small to mid-size facility and I appreciate clear communication, candor and respect from the Team. I also have the feeling the Team is truly vested in the success of the Plant versus their individual careers.
