Satisfied to have had a lengthy career with lots of opportunities to learn ... though for newer employees that is less and less the case

Leadership are striving to pursue and achieve a more dignified and inclusive culture

Being given challenges that stretch and interest me ... delivering solutions to those challenges
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good but heightened because of working in other divisions rather than if I had stayed put
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Moving towards a more communicative style - but still some decisions are made opaquely and just foisted onto the employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improved working conditions; everything from decor, carpet through to effective IT/computers rather than slow and outdated equipment. Broader acceptance of ideas and cultures; greater levels of inclusion of everyone.
